Bike + Business in Frankfurt Rhein-Main,
the region gets into gear.

bike + business can act as a precedent for the whole Germany, beyond the Rhein Main region. For this reason, since 2007, the project has been supported by the German ministry of transport. Funds have come from the National Bicycle Plan. The aim of its support is to secure a project that is viable in a commercial context.
So far this has meant that:
- based on an evaluation, the content and structures of the project management have been optimised and that,
- with a the comprehensive PR concept, a markedly improved level of communication within and outside the project have been developed.
The requirements have therefore been met, to enter a phase intensive activity aimed at engage more organisations and municipalities with the project.
